Charlotte was just 31 when she was diagnosed at the start of the year with Cancer. An aggressive form that we knew would one day mean the world would be left without her in it. Her beautiful boy Max would be without his mummy, her lovely husband Colin would lose his wife, her family & friends would be left with a huge void in their life. Please, please help me support them in making sure Charlotte has the send off she truly deserves and we can honour her memory with a place her little boy & her family & friends can visit for years to come.
